Hello. I’m Nae. The badass behind the camera.
Hi. I’m Nae.
I was a military spouse for 9 years. When I came back to Washington state (my home) it was all supposed to be temporary, but life had something unexpected in store for me. I have happily been here since. I lived in New York, Georgia, and Texas while away. I’m located primarily in the Tacoma area now, however, I do travel.
I have the most amazing 6 year old son. His name is Taven. Taven is on the spectrum and is non-verbal, I love sharing this little factoid with others because it’s important to bring awareness to ASD and educate and help others along their journey. I am a safe space, so if you have questions, shoot me a message!
I have two cats and a dog. LOVE animals. If you ask to bring your animals to your session, YES.
I am definitely a booktok girly and love my book boyfriends. SMUT and Fantasy are my fav genres, so if you can relate, we’re already friends. I oil paint, SOMETIMES (if my child isn’t around to “help” me). I cry for fictional characters and strangers on the internet. I LOVE a good chick flick, comedy, scary movie, or action. Thrifting and DIY projects are life. Herbology is a BIG hobby for me right now as I transition to more natural and holistic ways to care for myself and my family.
I have morals and my work ethic will reflect those morals. To put it simply, I want LGBTQIA+ married couples to be able to protect their marijuana plants with guns regardless of where they come from or the color of their skin (If this message finds you and you are not well, I highly recommend a free Google search for another photographer). Additionally, I am a body positive photographer. I edit photos to enhance what is already there, not to take things away or make you look like a different person. I am here to empower you and show you just how beautiful you are in your skin. Sometimes we just need to see it through the eyes (or lens) of someone else. Let me be your eyes.
Features + Publications
The most flattering thing to a creative is when people want to share their work, I was extremely proud of all the productions featured and published here. Thank you to all the associations and other businesses for showcasing some of my work on your platforms. Community over competition, always.
